The paperwork and information you need to register your boat in Volusia County is available on the Tax Collector’s website. You’ll need to complete the form and submit it with your payment and other required paperwork in person or by mail. You can also renew your registration online.

If you’d prefer a more casual dining experience, Boondocks is the place to go! For decades, this open-air restraint has provided the perfect place to eat, drink and enjoy scenic views of the water. Boaters will find the entrance to Adventure Yacht Harbor between mile markers 59 and 60.
This park is located along the Halifax River, next to the Halifax Harbor Marina. Bethune Point Park has a boat dock and features amenities like baseball fields, picnic tables, a fishing pier, and a skate park. Plus, because it's so close to the Halifax Harbor Marina, the docks at the park provide easy access to nearby activities, restaurants and resources geared toward the waterfront lifestyle.
Just south of Daytona Beach, this waterfront restaurant is located under the Dunlawton Bridge on the Halifax River. Our Dock Down Under is known for its private docks, excellent seafood, scenic views and casual atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to dock after a long day on the water.
